We offer professional qualifications in developing skills to support a wide range of businesses. These are short qualifications and are well known for their flexibility and practical assessment. They include qualifications in:

Customer Service

The demand for Customer Service exists in all sectors of commercial, public and not-for profit organisations.  The diversity of customer service job roles within these organisations, the generic 'all sector' nature of customer service standards and the research carried out by the Institute of Customer Service has indicated that in the UK alone at least 3 million individuals are involved in this area of work.

Customer Service operates in an environment which spans a wide range of occupations and functions.  A qualification in customer service may be the first step to opening the door to a wide range of career opportunities.

International English Qualifications (IEQs)

City & Guilds International English Qualifications (IEQs) are a comprehensive range of quality English language awards designed for those who need a passport to work, study and travel around the globe. They are recognised by employers, educational institutions and professional bodies worldwide.

Our IEQs offer maximum flexibility and give training providers the opportunity to design their learners' progression towards language and communication proficiency in the skills and areas that they need. In
order to promote transparency and ease of comparability between the levels they are mapped to the Common European Framework.

International Vocational Qualifications 國際職業資格

國際職業資格(IVQ)以英國職業資格為藍本,特別設計成適用於在英國以外地區使用的國際通用版本。國際職業資歷助學員掌握職業知識及實際工作技能,透過理論測試(多項選擇題或筆試)考核學員之知識水平,並以習作及表現觀察之形式評核學員的專業技能。
